Nismo Slave Cylinder

I read on another forum that the nismo slave cylinder will make your transmission stronger, it that true how?

What exactly does a slave cylinder do?

not exactly stronger..i think it would make it smoother. Better flow, there for smoother shifting.

Look around fellas. The slave cylinder from Nismo is off of another ride. I would look to see if the part number is the same off of a 300zx or another 6 cylinder car.

That is all they do. Larger parts off another car are better then what was designed for a 4 cylinder.

Your slave cylinder is something to look at when you do the damper box mod and ss line mod.

ss line mod, dampner line mod?

What are those mods and what do they do to help performance, are they safe to perfrom?

They are unsafe that is why I mentioned them.

SS line replaces your stock rubber line and does not flex as easy.

Damper box mod makes the pedal feel more direct. Wether you like that or not is up to you. It does not feel as smooth but you have a more direct input on the clutch engagement.
