Possible Fuel flow problem

I have a problem with my car starting after sitting for about 8 hours. I think it could be a tiny hole in the fuel line that is releasing fuel throughout the day. It must be a tiny hole because there is never any fuel on the ground. Has anyone else had this problem? If you have had this or a similar problem I would be happy to hear your suggestions on how to fix it.

I don't see how it could be leaking fuel if there is never any underneath the car...

Check the fuel filter, fuel pump, and fuel pressure regulator.

What led you to the conclusion that it's a fuel leak? Have you checked the usual suspects when dealing with starting problems? i.e. starter, starter relay, fuel pump, etc.?
