torque converter?

Tell me evereything possible about them. Is there one for a s13? If so where can I get one and how much?

Moved to drivetrain

All(I think) automatic cars have torque converters. Havent seen any upgrades though

yeah,

torque converters -> automatics
as
clutches -> manuals

i don't know about 240 applications, but i do know there are performance torque converters out there for a bunch of cars (high power domestics and Supras are what i've seen mostly). check out some auto parts stores to see if they carry performance t/c's for ur car.

iv delt with levelten's products before..i would have to say they are very good quality, yes they make high stall TQ converters for KA trannsmissions and shift kits as well. A bit of the expensive side. Honestly my opinion would be not worth the money upgrading the auto tranny unless its for drag applications. But thats your thing..have fun with whatever you do.
