trans problems
the guy i bought my s13 from told me when i bought the car that he bought and installed a new clutch in it himself. Since ive had the car, its always been a little tough to shift it into second gear. I usually have to give the stick a good pull into second. I havent had any problems with it for the last month that i have had the car but last night while racing some guy on the street i shifted into second and heard a popping noise. I lost all pressure on the clutch. I pulled over and looked under the car and nothing was leaking. The clutch has a little pressure now but when the engine is running I can have the clutch all the way to the floor and i still cant get it into any gear. Any suggestions???

Sounds like a leak/air in your hydraulic system. I would suggest bleeding the system.
The clutch was probably installed properly. If it was misaligned you would have the opposite problem. It would get in gear but wouldn't accelerate.
Your syncros may also be worn. After years of power shifting mine started to go too.
