240sx VH45DE Engine Swap
I'm a true nissan fan, and believe in keeping a nissan a nissan, and reading about guy's dropping a GM350 in to a 240 makes me kringe.
I do agree that there is no subsitution for cubic inch, and that is why I have started my engine swap of a VH45DE out of a 1991 Infinity Q45 in to my nissan 240.
Engine potential the VH has way more than a push-rod V8, it runs smoother and requires less fabrication to get it under the hood than a 350.
The engine itself cost me 1500.00 with transmission and wiring harness and ECU.
305 hp from the factory, RWD, and tons of potential.
Superstreetonline did it with a G35 coupe. Just look at the results.
