I think i've seen this site before more than a year ago and heard some mixed reviews but i'm not sure. Is it legit?

I wouldn't do it. I have not heard anything good about them.

I'd stay away from flashoptions, do a search on them, not too many good things said about them

Flashoptions and racinghard are both evil. Stay away from them, never send them money, never talk to them.

Flashoptions has ripped off ALOT of people. One of our customers had requested a Turbo II RX-7 cut. Most of them have died and gone already because they used a rear rotor lean out to prevent overboost and it killed alot of them. We couldn't locate a good one for him, but not knowing any better FLASHOPTIONS hooked him up for $2300.....for absolutely nothing!
