finished sr20det swap

so i just got back my 1990 240sx with a nice s13 redtop sr20det. The engine runs very well, it produces good boost and pulls pretty hard. However I have a few problems with the car that i do not know how to fix.
1- my heater fan does not work. The shop hooked up all the heating tubes, and it worked for a little bit the night i got it, but does not work anymore.

2- It idles pretty bad when warming up. It runs very lumpy, and then slowly dies. Once the car is warmed up it idles fine. I do have aftermarket cams that came in the engine when i got it so i think that might have something to do with poor idle.

Those are about it. If anyone has any ideas i'd love to hear them

Ill be posting pics pf the car as soon as it stops snowing..

Oh also i am running about 15psi, is this a safe psi to be running the turbo at??

Yeah, I'd go with more like 12-13. It can handle 15, but that is the highest I would EVER go.

alright thanks, its wierd because at first it was idleing low and ruff, now it feels like its idleing around 2500-3000 (i cant tell because i have no tach). it does not do it all the time.

did u try to adjust the timing itself.. getting some adjustable cams? some adv/retard timing might be needed with aggressive cams, to make the car idle better.
Also a high rpm idle could also be a simple throttle cable problem. Did u check for any leaks? what happens when you tap the pedal as it is super high in rpm? Does it go down below the 3k?

Btw can u take a few pics of the beast.. I'm really curious to see some of the work
