awsome an here i was thinking i was all but molested with a obd2. I guess it makes since all an engine needs to run is its proper ecu... check all sensors... check and a 12volt constant... check. That is in theory. not to include all the other odds and ends but all in all as for wiring. (in a perfect world)

Just curious... why are you putting a redtop into the s14??? It has less power than the s14 blacktop.

VVT helps with the low end, where as the turbo helps with it up top
not like it really matters, the SR engine is a quick revving engine.

Yeah, I guess if your gonna rebuild the motor, it doesnt really matter but if you get the S14 SR20 and put the T28 turbo on it... 250HP.... at stock boost.

yea, i know i could go with the s14bt and get alot more bank for my buck but with a little less buck i can get my swap if you get my drift... That was the most cliche post i have ever made. Good God. Where have all you guys got your swaps from i saw the list of sites but which ones have you guys used in the past and had good service with and a fair deal.

I've used them; 4/10
sold me one messed up engine w/ the wrong ecu. once we got the ecu, it was past their 30 day warranty, the engine had a really bad rod knock. tried to return it, charged us $500 to return it and get a different engine, which had a bad fpr. - this engine is in my cousins car.
Sold me one good engine, which I use in my car now - been a year and a half since swap.
