hi guys... i have a couple of questions on SR20 swap...
i am getting a 97 240sx.... if i got this right... s14 package should go perfectly into that year right... ???? if not what will i need??? and if i get a 95-96 one... will i be able to do what that pic looks like.. if yes ... how much will that cost and where exectly i can get it from... thanx alot... i will really appreciate this help from u guys...

 

I don't know what you're talking about when you're referring to a "S14 Package". all '95-'98's are S14. If you're talking about a JDM S14 front clip (everything from the firewall forward), then yes you will have all you need except for the body parts in that picture. You can do anything with the right amt. of money. You're probably not going to get too many answers about where and how much on this forum, so you're better off just researching a little bit harder. Just learn more about specific parts and google it~ and read every thread on this forum. You'll be good to go soon enuff.

 

Yes the "S14 package" will work with your S14.

Yes, you can make your car look like that. The cost is unknown. No one work kind of work went into it. Those fenders might be custom which will cost you.

 

i probably stated that really bad..... i want to get jdm s14, but i donno how perfect it will fit into 95-96 or 97-98... i dont really want to change anything... or modify anything.. just put it and bold it on.. thats it.. then get hybrid intercooler lol... i think those r nice... ... and if i'll get 95-96 one, is it easy to put the 97 headlights in... just maybe change the fenders and hood.. cuz i like 97-98 lights... and plz dont get pissed over this thread.. i am too new for this.. but i am trying to get this working..

 

Ok wait...so you want to get a JDM front clip with all of the body pannels. Ok for what? The body or the engine? Cause you cant just get a front clip and bolt it on....What year 240 do you have?

 

i didn't get it yet... i just want to get the info first.. c whats the easiest thing to install and wont take too long... but i want to get 95-98 i am more into 97-98.. cuz of their look.. cuz later on i want either the body kit as that pic i posted or the R33 or R34... if any of those will fit into 95-96.. i'll get that.. cuz i can find that year cheaper then the 97-98... and tell me more about the the Ready Front Clip....they one i just bold on... and where i can get it.... and what engine better sr20det or rb25det.. whats faster... i am trying to be as good as rx7 and supra.. my budz have those.... i want to match em... plz provide with any info i can use.. much appriciation

ok... this is what i want to do....

get 95-98 240...
swap ka24 with sr20 or rb25.. which ever will be better and faster...and easier to install
then get the ground kit as that pic...

 

after reading what you said I will say this, if you get an s14 ('95-'98) you can get an s13 SR20DET or an s14 SR20DET, they will both go in relatively easy. The RB25DET will be faster, but is a little tougher and a hell of a lot more expensive to swap in.

The Kouki ('97-'98) front end should bolt up if you have all the necessary parts (headlights, fenders, hood, bumper, corner lights).

I dunno where you can find that body kit. It's a knockoff of an R33 bumper.

Now that I've helped you some, time for the usual. If your doing this to compete with your friends, its not cool and you are lame. All the info you need is on these forums, other forums, hell even google. I'm not trying to be a dick, well maybe just a little, but stop looking for the silver spoon and do a little research.
