Problems with my CA swap....
Problem: The engine does NOT want to rev past 4k, pretty much the exact moment the car starts taking sufficient boost, it'll bounce us right back down.
Troubleshooting: With a BB T28 from a GTiR, we thought initially we were overboosting, and maxing out the stock MAFS, ECU, and fuel system at 14p.s.i. So we installed a wastegate from a T25, that opens at 8p.s.i. to regulate boost to be safe with stock parts until we upgrade.
Runs smoother now, but it still does the same thing. Could it be possible that the fuel pump itself or the fuel pressure regulator are bad?
