Do any of you have experience or know of someone that has done a VG30DETT in a S14? If so I would love to get some info on this. Do the bell housing fit so the KA24DE tranny would bolt up? How much cutting and welding is involved in the swap? Would there need to be a change in chasis to support the weight change (325lbs to 520lbs)? How much money went into it? How much time went into it?

 

I've never seen it done and all I ever heard was even the VG30DE is too wide to fit not to mention the VG30DETT. The VG30ET is possible though.

I've only seen it a while ago I know practically nothing about it. I'm sure you could find something on Freshalloy.com or NICO.
