r33 rb25det spark plugs??? rb20det tranny gear box oil change???

I have a r33 rb25det and I'm about to change my spark plugs but i am not sure what kind of spark plugs to use. i called mckinney motorsports and they said that any 300zx tt spark plug would work and that they come pre-gapped. but i read on a couple forums that the rb25det spark plugs should be gapped to about .8 and when i went to advanced auto parts to pick up some 300zx plugs they were pre-gapped at .4. i'm not really sure what to do. any suggestions? I am also planning on changing the tranny fluid on a rb20det and i was wondering if anyone knew what kind of tranny fluid to use, how much, and how to do it. Please reply. thanks

easy, put them in with the factory gap and see if it works out, if you are having ignition troubles then you can adjust it from there, or call McKinney and have them double check. I have always used the factory gap and it has worked out fine.

.8MM on NGK V-Power plugs has worked best in my experience.

I like Redline heavy shockproof oil for the trans! Expensive, but it protects those delicate syncros.
