There have been two people to file a BBB report against my company. One of those two people was refunded this afternoon.

How can I say I have any word backing up what I say or do? Well, if you spoke with Bryson who is basically the guy that's keeping in direct contact with me, you would know that I will be copying my bill of lading, invoice, and order list from my new supplier in Japan to keep them all as up to date on the shipment as I am. RB25's are getting hard to find....but will be found. I am also flying to Japan sometime within the next week providing everything goes alright (if you want I can scan my tickets onto this thread to prove it after they are purchased) to meet up with one of my new suppliers and finish an order there.

As far as how I had been getting engines is concerned: I had a friend/partner that had been importing engines from Japan for quite some time....so I asked him if I could order engines as well through his contact in Japan (Only RB's). He agreed. I had imported probably about 6 clips that all went fine...got sent out etc.... then we ran into customs problems and the whole works after I moved to AZ. He was my point of contact for finding out info on the clips and he was the person who would send them out.

And for future prospective customers....buy wherever you want. I will finally have full control over my import business meaning I will know exactly when everything is coming in and what I have on each container....a lot more organized than it was. If you want to buy from me when I get things running good again, that's cool with me, if you want to buy elsewhere - no one's stopping you.

I am not sticking up for night, but do some research. ALOT of companies buy from major distributors and resell them. I heard that straight from teh horses mouth. And of course they jacked up the price. I know of a seller that sells on another 240 forum and sells RB20 for 2350 and RB25 for 3250 or 3500. They get them from Venus and you know how much Venus charges....2200. So it isnt uncommon. I dont know if Night does that and it really isnt my business.

And I dont agree with how Night necessarily handled the whole thing and I have told him that personally (on the phone), BUT I dealt personally with his partner or whatever personally (RJC Trading based in Washington) and I got a VERY bad feeling from them just speaking to them for like 5 minutes. I personally would have handled it differently, but I can see where his troubles came in. I hope he (you) work your **** out.
