good info ... seems like rb20 maybe the most practical way to go for power/weight balance - i like turning ... and still retain daily driving creature comforts

Even with the RB25 handling isnt hurt that much, from what I have heard. Its just like having a person in the passenger seat really.

the rb25 doesn't realy make the slightest difference once in the vehicle of desire. the way you would notice the wieght diff is if you are running the stock suspensionon your car. They are both nice motors, but all in all the RB25 will give you the better bang for your buck. with the 250hp stock, and a better displaced all around motor, I think the 25 would be the way to go. But thats just me. I've only experienced the difference of the motor in Skylines and S13s, not in a State side 240sx. But like HyJnX said, move the battery to the trunk and put on a CB hood, it'll feel even better.

The suspension will obviously help, but going from KA to RB with already modded suspension you WILL fell the difference, I know I did. I notice the car pushes a lot more than before.

Regarding AC and RB20s, there was an S13 on Ebay a while back that had complete working AC and an RB20 installed. I have the ECU pinout and I remember someone mentioning that there's four wires, and something about an AC relay. It's probably not too hard to wire, but a little out of the way for most places to do.
