Should i buy my front clip from this place for 3000.00

I live here in Paterson , NJ and there is a local japanese engine importer. I went to the place the other day, and there was whole lot of goodies all over the place, from honda, toyota, nissan, they had a Civic eg front clip on the side and they were selling a j-spec right hand driven 1st gen supra for 3500.00. But I asked the guy(very nice person, wasnt a dick or nothin) how much for a redtop S13 frontclip. He told me 3000.00 with the bumper, fenders, hood and lights. Is this a good price. Im thinking of buying it cuz its close to my house. What do u guys think?

with all the body parts seems to be a great price. If they can, have em do a compression test for u. If the body panels are in good shape and the compression test is good u should buy it..if there isnt any body panels try to lower the price to 2300-2500.

The price sounds pretty damn good to me. I'd go for it if I had the money.

i agree w/my comrades. definitely see if u can have some form of compression test done, see if the seller offers some form of warranty, try to get a look at the body panels (to be sure they aren't junk), and possibly find out from other buyers what their expierences were like w/this company. if all checks out, then that sounds like one hell of a deal! ****, i'd have to borrow a truck and trailer and take a ride up that way my damn self.
