Sr20det necessity build - 2good2btrue?

So... I just started this new job and was talking to this guy with an 05 Civic si, hella performance parts.. etc... I was like "yeah well you'll have to help me with my 240 when I get it out here from vegas" he's like "Ive got an sr20de motor i'll sell you for $500" We were talking today he said he wants to put an aftermarket ball bearing, 'probably greddy' turbo kit w/intercooler ... I was like yeah well if you do that i'll still buy it.. and pay whatever the cost, he said "I dont see it going past $700" he also said he'll help with the swap for free... it's pretty bomb cuz his friend owns this performance shop in Maine and he gets all kinds of prototype parts and hella discounts!!!...

too good to be true?..

Im feeling like it.. i'm saying, $700 for an SR20det Greddy T28 Turbo Kit... great deal. Free install? Shooooot....

now I KNOW... there will be necessities for the swap, like a new fuel pump [i need one anyways, I can use a 300zx pump right?] - A wiring harness, and im also gunna get motor mounts... I saw someone say something about keeping power steering/ac that I'll need new lines...

Anything else I should be budgeting for?... just any suprises... I know eventually im getting a newer clutch/flywheel, lsd 2, radiator etc... but I want to know what i will >NEED< for the straight swap into my 90 fastback...

Wiring Harness
ECu??
Motor Mounts
Ac/PS Lines/Resevior.

Would it be safe to run a turbo kit on stock internals (pistons and such) sense he's turboing a SR20DE?

Yeah I already asked, but it's one of the things im going to verify myself [compression] before I hand over cash...

As for turbo.. he's getting an aftermarket turbokit for the sr20de, so it's already tested and rated for that engine, plus i'm going with a t28 and i'll be upgrading the internals soon enough.
