sr20's becoming legal w/ motorex?!?

Hey i heard that motorex is tryn 2 get the sr20 legal in cali and i was wondering if any1 could back that up? cause i wanna get a sr20 but i kinda want 2 do it legaly cause where i liv cops r strict if any1 could help that would b great thanx
