urgent sr swap questions

Post urgent sr swap questions

hi, i will do a sr20det swap into my 91 240sx next week. i am wondering that do i need to upgrade my fuel pump, intake and downpipe? are they neccessary?

no no and no. It is not necessary. I am still running the stok fuel pump. Most people recommend it. I have one. just havent gotten around to installing it.

I thought the upgraded fuel pump IS necessary? Always goo to upgrade to the walbros theyre cheap on ebay

Myth man. Someone probably heard it and it spreads. Just liek the RB is hard to find parts for. I have been riding around on stock fuel pump for awhile out of laziness. Form what I hear, the stock fuel pump is good for about 275hp. I cant state that as fact though and I do recommend getting a walbro. You will eventually ned it anyway if you add mroe HP

Hmm well thats good to know haha. Im still ganna do the fuel pump though Id just rather do it now then later
