very urgent

i just finished installing the safc 2 on my 1990 nissan 240sx it has an intake new exhaust mani full exhaust system well my car runs fine but i cant rev the engine past 3000 rpms the car like shuts the engine down not off but it wont rev more then 3000 rpms i really neep help thanks

yeah i double checked every connection and it feels like im not getting and air or there is like a rev limit i set the throttle values and airflow settings to what i thought would work but i dunno what the hell im doing with the settings, i need someones settings or something to help me out i press the gas and it gets to 2000 rpms maybe 2500 and then it sputters. i press the gas all the way down it wonted rev past 2500 rpms it will just sputter even when the gas is all the way down, thnks for any help ,sorry if i dont make sense i need to get this fixed im a lil bugged by it

I'd be a little bugged by it too. You should probably take it to someone who can tune your car, they should be able to help you out. It's a lot harder to explain to you over the internet. As far as someone else giving you their settings, the problem is that their settings are probably for THEIR car.

Well, you might be able to get away with it, just as long as you only use those settings temporarily, maybe to get you to a shop or something.

Sorry I couldn't be more help, I'm more of a hands-on kind of person when it comes to dealing with mobile electronics. Theres a lot of troubleshooting to be done, and questions that I can't answer unless I'm right there with ya.

a cpl days ago i figured out what was wrong my airflow sensor input/output wires were backwards i had to put the yellow wire closer to the ecu than the white soo thanks everyone for your help
