i read in a magazine that the best grades for any SR20DET is 5W30 or 10W30. And as for brand i think it depends on how much your willing to spend. I say go with Royal Purple oil, it gives a noticeable kick in acceleration.

 

How can oil give a boost in performance? Unless you went from a 10w30 to a 5w30, then I can see a performance change.
