ok well i am new to this forum, and i havn't really explored previous posts.. so sorry if this is a re-post...

ok well i jsut bought my 1990 240sx for 800 from a guy who didn't want it because he was getting a truck..

ok well it runs great, new clutch, all it needs is a front rotor and some body work, but thats not to hard...

well we were going to drive it tonight, and none of the interior lights turn on, nothing.. i was thinking bad ground or the sterio that the kid put in there because knowing him he messed the wiring up..

well the headlights will popup sometimes, and other times they wont, but the head lights always work and the reverse lights work.

i am still new to these cars, so any help would be great!

sounds like an electrical problem of some kind. Also, I'm sure you did this, but if you didn't, check the fuses.

 

it wasn't me because i just bought the car haha

 

no he was pretty sure u checked the fuses he wasnt saying you screwed up anything. so did u check?

 

well the thing is, is they do work, but only sometimes like its a bad connection..

but i did check some fuses

 

I wire might be worn and torn or something?

 

we think that its the alternator because it dies at night.. hahah

soo off to pepboys or something tommorow
