95 240sx Automatic shifting problem?

I have a 1995 240sx Se and it has a auto transmission with over drive. When I first drive the car, it shifts from first gear to second gear with a really jerking motion and always goes into 3rd and overdrive smoothly. If the car is all warmed up, it shifts all the gears smoothly with no jerking motion. Any ideas what this may be? The transmission fluid is full and no leaks on the drive way. I jacked the car up and see no signs of leaks. Its been doing it for the past year but I thought I should get it checked out before something goes wrong. The fluid looks very clean with a redish color. I was told by a tranny place to run some tranny conditioner in it and I tried that but problem still exists. Any suggestions?

Ok guys I use to have the same problem than I realized that most of the people in US don't ever change transmission flid and diferential oil.
So I did it and my problems are gone now.
Try flushing your tranny and put on new tranny fluid on it and also change the diferential oil you will see a huge improvement and stoping this jerking moves. Go synthetic for the diferential Royal purple is my choice but any synthetic should do the magic. If there is a lot of sludge change it again in a short period like 1 month or less I had to do it twice till got clean again and remember the manual say to change it every 30k miles if driving rough roads etc...
