auto to manual woes

okay, i have a 91 auto 240sx that i put a 5-speed ca18det into

i'm pretty certain all the main wiring is done corectly

what the car does, the key won't start the car, i have heard you need to jump a couple of wires to get the shiftlock and the clutch eliminator to fool the car into thinking it's in park and that the clutch is in

which wires are these? i need details, colors, and maybee some pics

also if you try to star it by jumping the starter wires together when you take them appart the starter doesn't spinning stop unless you take the battery off
