Fuel filter? What do you mean hesitate? From a stop or when you let off the accel., etc?

yea few things to check..could be changing of fuel filters/air filter..also clean your tb with some carb cleaner and clean all your connections on the injectors and other plugs...check all these things and your car should run like a champ..goodluck

fuel injector cleaner is waste of money if your tring to fix a problem, but they work good for up keep. nissan injectors have a shi**y design and thet only last about 100000 miles you might want to think about changing them. if you find out what size they are let me know because i am having a problem with mine too.

I think that's the same problem I've had, but I have a 93. I've changed wires, plugs, fuel filter, and haven't fixed it yet. Thinking it might be the TPS or MAF, but haven't checked them yet.....

tps and maf are areas of trouble. especially the maf. check you plugs, or even change the plugs. check your plug wires and distributor. make sure all the connections and coil wire are plugs into the socket completely. of they are arcing you will get bad hesitations when accelerating.
