Car Was Stolen
Called the shop where I had my car today, waiting for my new exhaust manifold to come in, to tell them I was going to pick it up
Me: Hey this is Nick just to give you a heads up I'm going to pick up my 240
SHOP: its not here dude, we thought you or your buddy pick it up(I was at the shop by myself, have no "buddy" with me"
Me: Please tell me you are kidding
SHOP: nope, you should call your ins. co
So these guys had the only set of keys and assumed I jsut picked it up....even when they told me to call when I was going to so someone would be there for me
Plus it was behind the shop, infront of a fence so if you didn't know the car was there, you couldn't find it
PICTURES if anyone can help or has any ideas

sounds to me like they liked ur car alot so they had to keep it 
2 words for u SUE their *** off their responsibility andy shouldt give the car to no1 beside the owner i wouldnt let an investment like that just slide off their fingers

Sounds like a law suit.
I don't trust shops, there is always some low life piece of shiat that randomely some how became qualified to work in a performance shop. Next thing you know the low life is no where to be found with your car gone....
