Called the shop where I had my car today, waiting for my new exhaust manifold to come in, to tell them I was going to pick it up

Me: Hey this is Nick just to give you a heads up I'm going to pick up my 240
SHOP: its not here dude, we thought you or your buddy pick it up(I was at the shop by myself, have no "buddy" with me"
Me: Please tell me you are kidding
SHOP: nope, you should call your ins. co


So these guys had the only set of keys and assumed I jsut picked it up....even when they told me to call when I was going to so someone would be there for me

Plus it was behind the shop, infront of a fence so if you didn't know the car was there, you couldn't find it

sounds to me like they liked ur car alot so they had to keep it 2 words for u SUE their *** off their responsibility andy shouldt give the car to no1 beside the owner i wouldnt let an investment like that just slide off their fingers

 

Sounds like a law suit.

I don't trust shops, there is always some low life piece of shiat that randomely some how became qualified to work in a performance shop. Next thing you know the low life is no where to be found with your car gone....
