What is the curb weight of a 240? I haven't looked at all

Celica is light, 2425lbs.

All in all I'm pretty new to Sport Compacts and cars in general.

Fair enough man, yah the Celica is hella light, it's primary strong point, followed by killer looks then superior handling.

But the idea of a project constitutes an older car and I love the idea of buildign something appearance wise that will be unique in the area and I am dying to build a turbo car. AWD would be choice buy RWD is the next best bet for straightline power since the imprezas don't really interest me.

The more I look at the 240, the more I am falling in love w/ the idea, I just wish the SR20DET's weren't so bloody expensive, any secrets about that swap? Is it pretty much drop in?
