Damn ka24e heatshild!

How hard is it to remove the damn heatshield? Any tips on how to inch it out? I just ran out of pantience. Little help please.

a 10mm socket should do the trick, but if they are rusted, u have to use a tin cutter. they run about 10 bucks, and u just simply cut it off. Be carfull the tin becomes very sharp once cut

I got the bolts of but I cant seem to slide the damn thing out.

take the o2 sensor and the egr off also if they are blocking u the header sheild cuffs under the manifold, u have to pull that part up by hand
