door locks dont work

My door locks dont work.

when i try to stick in the key on the outside, its completely jammed...i can stick in the key, but i cant turn it.

from the inside, i can lock it...and when i lock it from the drivers side, the passenger side locks too. BUT, as soon as i close the door, it unlocks.

I searched, and read that if i hold the door handle up while closing the door, i can lock the car. Yes, that does lock my doors
but i cant get back in cause the key still jams. (i had the windows down so i was able to unlock it from the inside)

i dont know if it has any relevance, but the power-lock button on the door handle doesnt work. (i dont care if that button works or not...i just care that my locks work period)

So how do i get my locks to work again?...do i simply buy new door locks from a dealership or is it somethin i can fix myself?

i had that problem on mine as well except i dont have power locks. after taking the door apart i realized the locks were corroded. i sprayed some WD40 followed by a silicone spray in and on the outside of the locks. this seemed to do the trick. the reason it doesn't do it in the ignition or the trunk is cause water cannot get into those sockets while it can seep in thru the window seems of the doors.
