fender pulled/rolled in bay or valley

Question fender pulled/rolled in bay or valley

I was wondering where I can get my fenders pulled and rolled around the bay area or the valley for cheap? Please help.

any halfway decend bodyshop will do it. how much are u pulling and for what wheel sizes? u can roll them urself.

I want my car to look flush with my wheels, they are 15x7 with 0 offset

you will definently not have to pull or roll 7" +0 with moderate tires

I know I wont have to pull but I want the wheels to sit flush with the fender, it sticks out about a inch past the fenders
