alright, here's my issue. i have a bit of rust on the rear of the driver's side frame, right behind the rear wheel. i need this car to pass inspection. any ideas on how i can cover it up to pass, or even better, how to fix it?

 

how big is the rust area? cause u could cut it out and weld another piece on?

 

it's pretty big. it goes from right behind the rear wheel all the way to the bumper mount.
