Full exhaust, how much HP?

Small modifications need to be made to fit the Nissan "TPS" Throttle Positioning Sensor to the after market TB. The bolt pattern needs a bit of machining but it will work. You also want to use the Nissan throttle linkage if you still want tour cruise control and stuff like that. Also so the new butterfly won't rub or hit the mani you will want a TB atomizer/spacer, you should also go to a machine shop and port the mani intake diameter to 65mm, I think at 70mm it gets a bit risky and falls within the bolt pattern of the OEM TB/intake mani.
You can also use the JDM Honda H22-R TB 62MM but you will need to do extensive work with a TB spacer and from what I understand you can hone the stock Nissan TB to 62mm. BBK makes a honda H22 TB in 65,70,71,72mm.
I also failed to mention that the 89-94 TPS sensors fit the 86-93 mustang TB pretty easily, if this is going to be an upgrade for a 95-98 KA be very carefull, the TPS sensor is double the size of the 89-94 TPS sensor.
My CATCO cat came in the other day, and this CAT is engineered extremely well. This CAT will defenitely produce some numbers. Just waiting on the DC sport header.

Forgot about this thread, here the update..... The DC sports has been in and here is my opinion..........
Lets start with the weak points first.........
1.) The o2 sensor on all the DC sports models have been moved over more into the collector so that the o2 sensor will read the NOX from all 4 cylinders...... This in some ways has decreased the performance of the engine........ Typically the engine will dump less fuel in it's injection cycles...... Not to concerned though because I have the SAFC and I will just adjust the TTP a bit to dump more fuel through the MAF signal..........
Hot shot headers is smart and installed the o2 sensor to cylinder 2 port.......
2.) The other disapointment was that I measured the diameter of the collector. It is off sized, and is not exactly 2", but rather 2 1/8"...
My catco CAT is 2.5" so we will have to wait and see what effect this will have on the dyno, as far as scavanging, and pulses are concerned.........
Those were the bad parts.....

Now for the good news..........
1.) I'm a pretty **** guy when it comes to welding, and all I can say is that the welding is imaculate, no complaints here..... Each port looks pefect, and the flange is nice and flat unlike a pacesetter header which needs major work.......

2.) As far as the design of the 4/2/1 it will make a great combo at increasing top end HP numbers so we will see what happens, on the dyno.
.

3.) I really enjoy the ceramic coating, this will help flow numbers through the header as well as decrease the tempratures from under the hood"engine bay"........
4.) Pay attention to the detail of the EGR port..
This is technically what makes a peformance header, "a performance header". Instead of all of the runners joined together to the EGR port, the EGR port is only joined to one runner... This is a great feature that will reduce and utilize the amount of hot gasses that run back into the intake mani.. Hence increasing power, by decreasing the choking potential of the hot emissions gasses. One of the best features of a performance header.. It's like killing 2 birds with one stone... Hopefully that analogy makes sence.
5.) unlike most header companies DC sports is a true 50state street legal header, they come with all the necesarry gaskets, and even include the new wire needed to run back too the o2 sensor......
Overall it was a well planned and well designed header, accept for the 2 negatives, if I was to give this header a rating I would give it a 4 out of 5.............
For those of you that live outside cali, I would highly recomend the Hot Shot header, the dc sports I rate is a well made header and you can't go wrong if you live in cali.......
I also rate theOBX header a well made header, but there aren't any dyno numbers to prove the result's.......
What do you guys think????????

In any case, the DC sports looks nice.

Thanks for the compliment on the header ATOWN, and Justin we will see what the Dyno Results say, soon enough.......
