headlight issue

After I installed my headers I reconnected the battery and my headlights are locked in the open position. Motors on both sides work just fine. What fuse if any should I look for. Headlights work, parking lights work, just wont go down anymore.

I'm guessing it's the switch inside the car. NICO has a thread where a guy had to take apart his switch and then put it back together, worked fine after that. Just curious as to what you guys think before I take apart the switch.

Moved to general

Doesnt your fuse box have a fuse diagram on the top. Check them. Do you hear the motor whining?

Yeah I checked the diagram....all I saw that had to do with the lights was the seperate left and right light fuse. Both were fine. Motor doesn't whine....as far as I can tell.
