You can't turn it on and off, if you have HICAS you have to use a HICAS eliminator to get rid of it, and you can't get it back unless you remove it.

my car has hicas, I guess its good I've never really noticed it but I dont try to drift and have never been to a track so I dont know what it is like at speed. I'm not sure how it works in the way which way the rear wheels turn at what speed and to what degree. I know my car turns on a dime in reverse tho lol

or you can just put water in it... i did and it worked.. it works by using air and you cant compress a liquid so... tahdah

wtf, hicas uses power steering fluid man. not air and definately not water!!!

not in my car it didnt no any lines to power steering, and yes it was ghetto, but worked.

does anyone have a vid of hicas in action? it seems like it would be pretty interesting. is it like a monster truck kind of four wheel steering?

^^^ya.....but monster trucks' back tires turn like at a 30 degree angle....240sx hicas is like 5 er 6 degrees.....and in a monster truck theres a lever that you pull to actuate the 4 wheel steering

thats pretty interesting. i guess 30 degrees is a lot more noticeable than 5 or 6. u sure know ur way around a monster truck ehh?
