OK guys. So I opened up the old super street mag which I call a *** MAG cause all "american" import mags all have **** in them for some reason. Well I was in the store and saw the 180sx article in it and read that and was flippin around and stuff and came across my first APC "DRIFTWORKS" ad. Let me tell you what was under the "driftworks" ad. It was clear tail lights for a civic..... A big ol aluminum airplane wing..... more rice and more rice and not ONE part for a 240 or a RWD car at that...........

STICK WITH CIVICS, BLINKING NEONS/STROBES, AND GAY *** FAWKEN "TRIBAL" BANNERS ACROSS THE WINDSHIELD!! say all you people at APC what you wanna say.. your parts for drifting will never.. EVER even be competative to whats out there right now.. so stop with the madness and stick to FF's...

what 240 are u refering too? the orange one above evils post? thats a member of team orange (drift extreme), and its professionally drivin.....why must they be shot? although apc is not "eligable" as u put it, sadly they have the loot to stick their head anywhere that will take their money including team orange and drifting for that matter, shiazt if i was paided and sponsered to drift with some of the stickers and some damn neons i would grab the cash any day....

 

Thats just the thing, most of us arent in it for the cash, we love cars and money , but would never sell out to APC for some money. Im in japan, and let me tell you, drifting aint no joke, and I believe APC would make drifting in the states look like a joke, which would not be good. Now Ill give you guys credit, you know what products to sell to make money, I appluad you for it, and hope you have success in your ventures, but please stay away from drifting, its kinda sacred to us, thanks.

 

Most american guys CANT drift, they chirp 2nd gear around a corner and call it a drift, lol. Or maybe they slide out a little bit and fish tail everywhere and they call it drifting. THATS the stuff everyone see's cause they try to show it off right in a BUSY intersection like a retard. Noone sees the guys with CA powered, SR powered, RB powered, KAT powered sideways across an intersection. I know a few guys who would give any guy a run for his money. And weather or not you live in japan... we be knowin driftin aint no joke yo... you talk as if your an amazing drifter, you could be american... Its not the type of person or anything. Its the type of knowledge, skill, consentration that ALOT of guys lack worldwide, just so happens in Japan drifting is alot of peoples passion, everyone here has an ego problem and looking cool is their passion.

I finally saw the APC advertisement. I now know why you guys so passionately argued that they should not be involved in this.

They have a team orange car with the wheels turned and some Photoshop action lines added.

The action lines are going the wrong direction!

SR20DET I am glad drifting is no joke in Japan. If you are ever in my area I will take you around and you will see that it is no joke within my group of friends. I think we would make you proud

 

Sorry I dont mean to bag on people. Im mainly talking about "apc" people eh hem, lol. You know what i mean... The people who do it to be cool and not to do it because its their passion and HOBBY ya know? Cause there are more fake people than the real thing, so all people see is the fake. No doubt there are people learning, everyone has to learn . And team orange is a good team....I just hate there sponser. Im a nascar fan...I like gordon but im not a "fan" of dupont which is his sponser, nothing against them, i mean good paint and insullation but...you dont see me buying it all the time, lol.

I in know way meant americans thought drifting is a joke, I was saying that most of the people on this board take it seriously and APC would make it seem like a joke, sorry I mis worded that. Oh and I am american, and I dont drift, I just like it alot, but not as much as I like drag racing, and my car is setup for drag, so drifting is kinda hard in my car. Hope I cleard that up.

 

Where abouts do you guys meet up? I'm in NY every so often visiting my brother. He lives in Queens right off of Queens Blvd and 63rd Drive. I wanna meet up next time I roll that way although I might not have my car. Let me know. Peace.
