Yeah, my cr was an 89, in really good shape though, so it was pretty much even.

Well compared to a gsr a 95 Ka ( 72000 miles when i bought it) in my 89 murdered one. the gsr driver is fairly ok driver and he had 2step enabled with about $1500 worth of mods. i beat him off the line and down a stretch that is longer then a quartermile. check my cardomain page for the mod ( poorman most of them are)

Im not a SR junkie I would go with a boosted KA or CA Like im about to buyjust to be different.

ps i work at a shop and i happen to have a SR sitting there forsale, The guy wants to give it to me but i refuse to put it in. If anyone wants to buy it let me know.

ive thrown 2 so far my stock 89 motor and a 93 KA, and that was due to reving to high, Not even overreving. Big V explained to me that the KA is a motor makes all its power at lower R;s so high reving like a B18c1( type R motor) is not required. JUst get ur self a bright shift light and set it to 6800 rpms X 1000 if u cant tell where ur motor is reving. but over time u will be able to speed shift with out a clutch when u get good enough. ALso try synthitic oil Its great in my motor and protects way bette. The downside to this could be if your rings are bad. the oil will slip pass them causing lots of white smoke
