Many questions for the 240 and SR20 guru's to answer

I got a sweet deal on a S13 and I have a few quick questions for SR20 and 240 owners. Some of these questions may have been answered in history but I've done my research and this is what hasn't been answered.
Does the SR20DE have the same oil filter size as the SR20DET? What oil viscosity do people use on their SR20DET'S 10w30?
Any one know why my rpm's drop so low that my car stalls if I hit the throttle past 4k and let the revs drop? Could it be my GT2530 turbo? SS BOV? Do I have a possible boost leak?
What year did the 89-94 fastback change from large sunroofs to small, cause I picked up an 89 fastback sunroof and its to big for my 92!?
For drag what should my dampening force be tuned to? Stiff rear, soft front? Stiff all around?
Is there anyway to adjust the 3 projector style S13 headlights from aiming so high?
What's the highest daily driver safe boost to run on a stock SR20 block and stock head regardless of the turbo's max safest output?
Are either Tein tension rods or tie rods supposed to make clicking sounds when turning the steering wheel at low speeds?
Does any brand manufacturer a carbon fiber bumper for the S13?
THANKS in advance for replying to my many questions. Anyone else can feel free to continue asking questions about their 240 that they felt were stupid or not worth a thread here.

Yes, the '91 Sentra SE-R (SR20DE) oil filter will fit S13 SR20DET. S14 SR20DET requires '95 Sentra SE-R. I believe the FSM calls for 10w-30 but people run everything from 10w-40 to 15w-50. Not sure which is best.

If you are not recirculating your blow off valve you may have some idle/stall issues when coming off boost. Venting to atmosphere causes you to run rich in between shifts due to air already measured by the MAF never making it to the cylinders.

If you have upgraded your fuel pump then there should not be a problem running 14psi. Daily I run 12 just cause.
