Dude no one said anything very harsh to you. You got upset very easily with everything we said. Secondly check out the new members forum...very friendly many welcomes. You like a Auto 350z over a manual one. There aren't many car forums where you will get a warm welcome when your saying manual sucks. Espeacially when your looking for RWD cars and modding them. Which I don't know if you know are especially popular amongst drifters which require manual tranny. You'll just be wasting your money modding an car with auto tranny and most car enthusiast will tell you the same man, not trying to disrespect you or get you upset but thats the truth.

Might I suggest Honda if your gonna waste your money and a 240.

yeah for a 240 first get a manual tranny to get most performance out of the KA then maybe chip it full cat back exhaust, intake a downpipe. and since your driving a car with very good displacement a turbo will give you great boost in performance. Is that what you want to hear?

As for passing smog with an SR you can easily get the mexican technician to pass you for about 50 bucks.

thank you, finally a usefull post

I appreciate it; however, i still suggest you go to

www.my350z.com and ask about how many people have TTd and superchargd their autos, youll be amazed

as a matter of fact, the auto can handle as much if not more power than the manual. It was built for the VK56DE engine.

I'm not saying you can't go fast with an auto tranny but that same car would get beat by a manual 350z pushing 400whp.

youre absolutely right that a 400whp car would get beaten by a 450whp car...that applies to most cars as a matter of fact

It isnt about whats the best, no one is in competition, its about the love of tuning and the love of the car

the 350 community rocks, go check it out!

heh, a semi fixed up automatic 240 would prolly loose to a stock manual 240, i smash my friends just cause i have a manual tranny, some of them have exhaust and intake and taken some weight out, in respectable cars, not camrys...in traffic i dont mind driving a stick, i just put it in neutral and relax =D

You gonna take the car on twisty tracks/touge driving right youll need to concentrate on suspension not power or youll end up on the side of a mountain with your engine at 7000 RPM's If you get an S13 for about 1000-2000 dollars, also look for 91 and up to get the KA24DE and invest 5 gs into I suggest some Tein HA's or HE's depending on your budget I've heard nothing but good things

http://www.socal**********/ for all your 240 info.
