Hey I wuz wondering if any of you guys knew anything about the thumbprint recognition system Mercedes uses on some of their cars (especially the SL-series). Would it be possible to customize the system for our cars? How might one go about finding out...

 

I have no idea, but it would be awesome if you could. I have always wanted to get the thing that lexus has, where you just keep a keep a transmitter (or something) in your pocket and the locks recognize it when you get close to your car.

 

sounds very very costly...not worth it IMHO...but if you got the dinero...
