I haven't done it yet, but I'm just chiming in to let you know it can be done, has been done, and is a great swap. Lots of potential in that motor. I know that night on this forum has done it and will fill in some blanks for you. Rudeboy is also planning the swap, but smacked up rude240 before he got to complete it. I guess it's a good thing that the RB was not in the car at the time. It would have made the accident tragic.

Not to seem like a skeptic, but what did you do to the KA24E to hit 200hp? 70hp is a significant gain.

Well it matters on how much you can find a 240sx for. I have the same plans and I should be done hopefully by the start of the summer. I am going to Texas this weekend picking up a 240sx for around $2500 maybe less. Then the RB front clip ( so you can use the R33 cross-member.) that front clip is going to be around $3000. Then you need to figure that you might need a new radiator and intercooler. You can get a HOWE radiator from Summit for $200 and then a intercooler anywhere from $200 to $1500. You will also need a custom driveshaft, which will be around $400. Are you going to do the swap your self or a shop?
you will save allot of money doing it yourself then a shop ( like $1500 +). You will also need to of course buy new hoses and belts, probably rebuild the radiator and distritor, that will cost you some where around $200. Also maybe a new clutch ( you can use the 300zx Non- turbo clutches) You also need to get the wiring done which will be cheap if you do it yourself. Down-pipe ( custom) have a shop fabricate one for you for around $150. Also an exhaust 3inch for the turbo that will help you out allot.....a nice cat back is going to run you around $500. That Totals out to = $7150

"Night" might give you some more details since he has done the swap already. He is actaully selling parts and clips for the swap.
here is his website: http://240skyline.nissanpower.com/
