Need an opinion before trading my car for an S13!

Hey guys. So you all know I sold my S14. I love S-Chassis cars and I really wished that I got an S13 instead of the Integra that I have now. The amount of love and care I've put into the Integra I could have done to an S13. I'd say it was an impulsive buy for need of a car.

This is where I stand now:

I am trying to trade my Integra for an S13 or comparible. The Integra has got reallllly high mileage, but it runs amazing, and has no problems. It's my daily driver.

Someone offered me this car:

I just want to know what you guys think. Obviously the paint isn't in good condition at all, the interior looks OKAY aside from the seats and carpet, over all it could use a lot of work. I'm not opposed to working on the car, but I just wanted opinions if it was worth it or not.

I don't know; I loved my old car and I just want a 240 again--I just don't want that fact to cloud my judgement. Let me know what you think. Thanks!!

looks pretty beat up, there's a nice two-tone coupe on there that you can get, has stance gr+ coilovers on it too. I think you just want a 240 really bad so you picked that one, but it needs a bit of work. you're teg is nice though.

Hey, thanks. I did see that two-tone I think...but the frame's got rust damage! I think that might be problematic...

Rust is pretty easy to fix, and that care barely had any. I'll help you look for some =]

ooh, btw.... my cousin is selling his S14 on there 66k miles on it, completely stock SE model. only bad thing is that it's auto. I'm sure he will consider the trade for the teg, but idk what he will think of the high mileage...

Yeah, I may end up doing that. I don't know yet though. So you really didn't like the S13 huh? I'm just trying to test the waters right now and see what's up...

LOL, that's clean as hell, man. It's probably nicer than my Integra. Haha!

Yeah, I think the thing I failed to mention was that I'd LIKE a DD that sees the track occasionally. While I'd love to do it in my Integra, I just feel limited if I ever decide to try drifting again. With an S13 that option is available to me.

This is my only car right now, and I do plan on keeping it for track use after I get ANOTHER car upon graduation, but that's not until at least a year from now.

I think I really just miss the track and motorsports--I thought I'd give it up and just focus on school; but it's hard!! Haha.

well i was the only 240 at all my auto-x events (except 1 ) and i proved that they are multi-functional. i placed 1st in only 5 events in my class lol. its all about setups. Ill tell everyone my 240 will out drive the skyline i have because its nothing really special about this Gts-t

FF was cool to me but luckily i had driven a lot of them after working on them...

im still going to build me up a LS powered CRX just to have fun with at the local SCCA events when i get back to the states.

well it's definitely not worth $3k. Maybe $1000 at most. You can get an s14 in better shape than that around here for $3k. There was even an s14 kouki 5spd for sale for like $3500 recently.

Dang. I guess I'll keep my eyes open for that too, if I decide to sell my car also.
