A few weeks ago I ordered a Greddy headgasket and ARP exhaust manifold stud kit from Phase2. They shipped my order very quickly. One problem is that I received 1 stud instead of the set. I have made atleast 15 international phone calls and sent about 6 e-mails without any reply or a single conversation with someone there. Do they EVER answer the phone?
At this point I will never buy from them again.

If so i will try to get ahold of a live person also to get a name for you to ask directly for. Hopefully they will be able to resolve your issue. I have done alot of buisness with this company for parts and they have never let me down. But hopefully you get it resolved.
