Hmm...has some really good stuff, but a salvage title is a total turn off. What is he/she asking for?

i'd say 3200 because of the title, no a/c, and no power steering. you'll seriously want the power steering.

a 95 SE with same mileage with a clean title and all the options probably would sell for 6-7 k. So with that title and lack of options I wouldnt offer over 4. Without those parts that it comes with, probably not over 3.

If he wants over 4500 look somewhere else. Aftermarket parts bring up the price a little.

Don't settle for a 240 with a salvage title. wait a lil bit if your not in a rush you'll find a deal.

What was the title salvaged for? Even though it is salvage. The car might still be ok. I deal with them alot. If you want full coverage the ins co. will need to inspect it.
If it was just a fresh water flood I wouldnt worry to much. If it was because of an accident( even though you say acciden tfree. How do you know?), that is a different story.
But in general. With those mods you are looking a slightly under book value.
The salvage title normally cuts the value in half. In some cases ALOT more.
Without having the basic option working also. I wouldnt give him a dime over $3000
