potential 240sx owner

I might be buying a nissan 240sx 5sp it has 200000 miles on it here are some pics, i was wondering if you guys could give me your input on this car and what you think and if you would buy it

shells run from 500-1200, so 1K for a running engine isn't bad at all.
Look for a lower mileage engine or a swap, I'd say if there is no run, and looks in good shape, go for it!
