problem with a 91 240

alright im thinking of buying this 91 240 fastback in my town but it has one problem maybe someone could help me with. it has an automatic with only like 110,000 miles on it. the problem when i step on the gas its real hard to push and when you do push it, it seems like it takes awhile to get the car to move and the only time it moves is when you push the gas hard. i really cant tell if there are noises because of a hole in the exhaust that will be fixed after i buy it. if anyone knows that would help alot to tell if it would be worth fixing. thanks

The throttle cable is either stretched or needs lubrication.

dood
do a tune-up on her, and fix the hole in the exhaust, thats gonna make performance bad.
The hesistation if the tune-up doesn't fix it can be from a clog in the cat, clog in the intake, many things. Clean your throttle body, maybe some seafoam, helped me.

heres all the parts removed....once you have these removed plug the 2 large vacuum hoses with bolts and clamp em off.Theres also two small lines that go in from the bottom near the sensor that need plugged.
