Question regarding sale.

Question regarding sale.
Ok, so I have a '97, s14, that I want to sell. (THIS IS NOT A FOR SALE POST.)
The only problem is that I don't know how to price it or what to do to it prior to putting it on the market. I originally bought the car to use it as a drift car in '04 but I bought a s13 shortly afterwards, and used that instead. Since then, though, the car has been keyed and hit in a parking lot pushing the rear bumper in about an inch on one side and cracking the bumper's paint. The key mark is on the driver's side; front fender, door, and rear. Everything else can be simply cleaned up or is in good shape.
My dilemma is whether or not to get the car repainted before I sell it. My fiance's brother paints cars and would do it cheap but I want to try to get as much money back as I can from the paint if I do that. I could just leave it as is and let someone else paint it or do whatever when they buy it, I guess, but I want to know which way it would be more marketable.
Would you paint it or sell it as is?
Cliffs:
Have s14 that I want to get rid of.
Car has been bumped and keyed.
Want to know if I should paint it before selling or leave it.
Opinions, please.
Pics to come tomorrow if it's not a monsoon. Mods feel free to move this to another section if need be.
