what is a good price to pay for a s14 motor?

Hmmm... S14 engine.... I wouldn't give anymore than $500 for an USDM S14 engine. If you're referring to an S14 SR, its worthless.... heheh... (IMO)

i mean a JDM s14 sr20det motor and whats with the harness when they say half cut?

Don't buy one thats been cut at all.

And, search around for good prices, but only from reputable shops. You can search this forum for peoples' experiences with various shops...
