S14 under hood fuse-won't start

There is a 10 amp fuse under the hood that keeps on blowing and the car will not start. Also, there is a loud clicking sound coming from the ECU. The first time it blew I put in a new one and it started. Then a few minutes later I tried to start it and it blew 3 of the fuses. The wires attached to this fuse are a white wire with a red stripe that connects to battery and the second wire is red and it goes around the front of the car and enters the interior on the drivers side. Does anyone know what this fuse controls?
My chilton book has no diagram of the underhood fuse box and neither does the owners manual.
Does anyone have a diagram of the underhood fuses?
