smog question

whats up guys im a newbie here and im wondering i have a 94' 240 SX with SR20DET swaped and i live in cali and i wondering if the SR20 will pass smog out here? and if not all the guys that live in cali out here do u know where to drop a few bills to get passed off thanks alot guys

out of the box...sr20, or any JDM motor for that matter, will not pass...with a lot of emissions work, it might however...

you could probably just make a line of cats and make the exhaust super restictive and then maybe after u pass just switch out the exhaust that is what I did on my alfa

There is a visual test as well, not in all states but in some. You will fail automatically on visual test

Sure thing. There are some crooked smoggers out there, might be a little expensive. Usually from 100-250
