Alright, I just picked this car up Wednesday night. The reason I got the car is because I was in an accident, so right now, I'm not able to walk because my right ankle was shattered. In spite of that I've already done a few things.
First night, grew to hate the damn mechanical fan, but oh well. Second night, we went and got a MAF adaptor and a cone filter. It helped some, but still that damn fan. Tonight we went to Autozone, picked up an electric fan, removed the crappy clutch fan, and wired it up. Followed the wiring instructions i found, and they didn't work for me. Ended up getting it to work, but after blowing several fuses. Much, much better. Also did the auto transmission psuedo shift kit thing by unplugging the resistor. Seems like I've already got a different, better car.

On top of that, I also fixed my AC lights, and got rid of a squealing belt when we ditched the clutch fan.
